SEE-W(social empowerment by empowering womn) is a non-profit organization established to work for women empowerment through economic independence and skill enhancement.We believe that no country or community can be expected to move forward if most of our female population lag behind,which for nepal in-cooperates 51% of the general population.we have been working different levels of our society to dentify gender biased problems via focus group discussion,Key informants interview,surveys,educational programs etc and provide viable solution yo overcome these issues and work towards female economical independency and women empowerment.
